OUR CLASS IS DESIGNED TO INCREASE YOUR:
• FLEXIBILITY- Through various stretches and work outs
• BALANCE- From practicing kicks and using them at full speed
• ENDURANCE- Going through our work out says it all
• SPEED-Repetitive training and critiquing from coaches
• COORDINATION- Various equipment to help assist
• Also we can help GET YOU INTO SHAPE (average 3 months)
• Loose weight while you train.
