OUR CLASS IS DESIGNED TO INCREASE YOUR:

FLEXIBILITY- Through various stretches and work outs

BALANCE- From practicing kicks and using them at full speed

ENDURANCE- Going through our work out says it all

SPEED-Repetitive training and critiquing from coaches

COORDINATION- Various equipment to help assist

Also we can help GET YOU INTO SHAPE (average 3 months)

Loose weight while you train.
